MEDITATION

As a child, I was fascinated by my father’s autogenic training. And I still use this training until this day. I practiced Far Eastern methods of harmonizing body and mind with TaiChi and Gigong. And I discovered my love for didgeridoo, breathing meditation and meditation in general through the interest in native peoples. As a deep relaxation coach, I use techniques from different tribes to bring people into a deep state of relaxation.
