At the age of 17 I suffered from allergies and from then on at the latest, a conscious and healthy lifestyle shaped my further life. Over the years I went from omnivore to vegetarian and vegan to raw food. In my family, fresh and good home-cooked food was already being used at grandma’s time. My mother’s ingenuity also kept my eyes open for new things. It has been tasted, enjoyed and improved. Finished products avoided, ingredients of various „food“ examined very closely and always looked at organic food and home cultivation. The nutrition of infants, children and adults is always an important concern for me and I try to educate carefully. I was able to pass this influence on to my older daughter, who completed her training as a qualified health and fitness trainer, through mother’s milk.
